The Council assembly of NITI Aayog, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, included all state chief ministers, lieutenant governors of Union Territories, and several other Union ministers as its members. Whereas lots of the INDIA bloc leaders opposed it and didn’t attend the assembly.
