Deputy Commissioner of Police (Outer North) Nidhin Valsan stated that performing on a tip-off, the police laid a lure close to Nangli Poona in Swaroop Nagar on Saturday.
A truck bearing Uttar Pradesh registration quantity and pushed by a person later recognized as Mohd Jabir from Bareilly was stopped by the police, the officer stated.
