He termed the Jharkhand polls as a combat of ideology between the INDIA bloc and the BJP-RSS mix. The Congress chief alleged that the RSS-BJP’s mission was to “destroy” the Structure of the nation, whereas the INDIA bloc “needed to guard” it.
