Srinagar: In a significant success for safety forces, 5 terrorists have been killed, and two troopers injured in an encounter in Behibagh village of Kulgam district, South Kashmir.
A senior police official mentioned a joint operation was launched by the police, Military’s Rashtriya Rifles, and CRPF in Kadder village following “credible inputs” about terrorist presence.
As safety forces closed in on the suspected hideout, the militants opened hearth, resulting in a gunfight. Two troopers sustained accidents throughout the preliminary alternate of fireplace.
