Digital funds and fintech platform PhonePe on Monday launched a facility to pay earnings tax via its app.
People and companies can self-assess and pay advance tax UPI Or bank card By the app, with out logging into the earnings tax portal, PhonePe mentioned.
The quantity can be credited to the tax portal inside two working days.
Customers pays tax by logging into the app and choosing the “Earnings Tax” icon. Then, they need to choose the kind of tax to be paid, evaluation 12 months and Everlasting Account Quantity (PAN) particulars. After coming into the entire tax quantity, customers will have the ability to pay utilizing the chosen cost methodology.
Taxpayers will obtain a Distinctive Transaction Reference (UTR) quantity as acknowledgment inside one working day after cost of tax whereas the challan for cost can be accessible inside two working days.
