NEW DELHI: In the course of the second ODI of the three-match sequence between Afghanistan and Zimbabwe in Harare, Afghan left-arm pacer Fazalhaq Farooqi was fined 15 per cent of his match charge for displaying dissent in direction of an umpire’s determination.
