“A workforce of officers of the Nationwide Crime Data Bureau (NCRB), deputed by the Ministry of Residence Affairs for coaching and handholding of State Authorities Officers on this marketing campaign, assisted the State Authorities officers in capturing biometric information of unlawful immigrants at Foreigners’ Detention Centre, Sajiwa, Imphal East District in the present day,” it stated.
