A surprising incident of police brutality has surfaced from Madhya Pradesh’s Katni the place the GRP police have been caught on digital camera brutally beating up a 15-year-old boy, Deep Raj Vanshakar, and his grand mom, Kusum Vanshakar, contained in the police station. The video, which has gone viral on social media, exhibits the police personnel, together with the SHO Aruna Vahane, mercilessly thrashing the duo. The viral video has sparked outrage, with many demanding motion towards the responsible police personnel.
In keeping with stories, the mother-son duo was delivered to the police station for questioning in reference to a theft case. Nonetheless, the police allegedly subjected them to third-degree torture. The sufferer has filed a written criticism with the Katni Police Superintendent, Director Basic of Police, Bhopal, and the President of India.

Katni Police Superintendent Abhijeet Ranjan has taken cognizance of the matter and ordered an investigation into the incident. Further Superintendent of Police Santosh Dahiya has been tasked with probing the case. The police are but to take motion towards the erring police personnel.
