A cloudburst hit the Cherwan Kangan space of Jammu & Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Sunday. The incident has broken paddy fields and stranded a number of automobiles within the particles and led to flooding in close by residential areas.
The SSG Street close to Padawbal is at present blocked as a consequence of an overflowing canal, which has deposited mud on the street. No casualties have been reported to date.

ADC Ganderbal, Gulzar Ahmad informed ANI, “This cloudburst occurred within the intervening evening of Sunday. Particles have been amassed right here, however with God’s grace, no lives have been misplaced. Our precedence is to clear the street… In these homes by which the particles has been entered, we rescued these folks and shifted them to safer locations. The district police, administration and personal institutions are working in tandem. We can clear it immediately solely.”
