New Delhi: With the arrest of two individuals, Delhi Police on Sunday claimed to have unearthed an unlawful gun manufacturing unit.
Sixteen country-made pistols, six dwell cartridges, 41 barrels of country-made pistols and eight devices and instruments utilized in manufacturing unlawful weapons have been seized from a flat in Meerut, the police mentioned.
Performing on a tip-off, a police group apprehended one Ikram (40), who got here to Delhi to allegedly provide unlawful weapons to some criminals. Two country-made pistols and 6 dwell cartridges have been recovered from his possession, they mentioned.
The police mentioned that Ikram shared details about Mashook Ali who was then arrested from Meerut Metropolis, round 80 km northeast of the nationwide capital.
