Chandigarh: Congress chief P Chidambaram on Monday lashed out on the BJP-led NDA authorities on the Centre over the ‘one nation, one election’ situation, saying it’s not attainable underneath the current Structure and requires a minimum of 5 constitutional amendments.
Replying to a query on studies that the BJP-led NDA authorities would implement ‘one nation, one election’ inside its present tenure, he stated Prime Minister Narendra Modi doesn’t have the numbers to put these constitutional amendments both within the Lok Sabha or Rajya Sabha.
