Himachal Pradesh Police has booked Haryana BJP chief Mohanlal Badoli and singer Jai Bhagwan, also referred to as Rocky, for allegedly gang-raping a girl in a Kasauli lodge. The FIR was registered on December 13, 2024, in Solan district, following a criticism from the sufferer, officers stated Tuesday.
The complainant alleged that the 2 males made movies of the assault and threatened to kill her if she reported the incident. In line with the FIR, the lady was staying at a lodge in Kasauli on July 3, 2023, together with her boss and a buddy when she met the accused.
Badoli launched himself as a political chief, and Rocky offered himself as a singer. The accused reportedly promised to assist the lady safe a authorities job and a task in a music video.
The complainant said that the boys compelled her to eat alcohol. When she refused, they raped her. “Additionally they clicked footage and recorded movies of the act and threatened to kill me if I spoke about it,” the sufferer alleged in her assertion.
Two months in the past, the complainant stated she was known as to Rocky’s home in Panchkula, the place the accused threatened to implicate her in a false case.
