New Delhi: Former Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren in land rip-off case granted bail from the excessive courtroom on Friday in reference to the land rip-off case.
Soren’s senior counsel Arunabh Chowdhury mentioned that Soren will not be responsible of the offence and the courtroom has granted him bail.
“Bail has been granted to Soren. The courtroom has held that prima facie he’s not responsible of the offence and there’s no chance of the petitioner committing an offence when on bail,” Chowdhury mentioned, PTI reported.

Based on the PTI, the Excessive Court docket had reserved its determination on Soren’s bail plea on June 13.
Government president of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) and former Chief Minister Hemant Soren was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on January 31 in reference to a cash laundering case.
