NEW DELHI: Delhi minister Atishi has been given the extra portfolios of Service and Vigilance, taking her whole variety of portfolios to 14. The file to was despatched to the workplace of Delhi Lieutenant Governor V.Okay. Saxena by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, which was authorised on Saturday.
“The proposal of the Chief Minister to allocate the portfolios of Companies and Vigilance to Atishi, along with the portfolios she is presently holding, was obtained on August 8. At the moment, Part 3A of the Authorities of Nationwide Capital Territory of Delhi (Modification) Ordinance, 2023 excluding Entry 41 of the State Checklist from the legislative area of Delhi Meeting was in vogue.
“Nevertheless, it was additionally recognized that the aforesaid provision of Part 3A of the Ordinance, 2023 was omitted from the Authorities of Nationwide Capital Territory of Delhi (Modification) Invoice, 2023, as launched within the Parliament.
