Jharkhand Polls: BJP Releases Second Listing, Fields Gamliyel Hembrom In opposition to CM Hemant Soren

The Bharatiya Janata Social gathering (BJP) on Monday launched its second listing for the upcoming Jharkhand meeting elections. The saffron celebration has nominated  Gamliyel Hembrom from the Barhait seat in opposition to Chief Minister Hemant Soren. 

Within the 2019 meeting elections, Hembrom had contested from Barhait seats on an AJSU Social gathering ticket and polled 2,573 votes, occupying the fourth place.

BJP has additionally introduced the candidature of Vikash Mahto from the Tundi seat.

Hemant Soren is the present MLA of the Barhait (ST) seat in Sahibganj district. He secured the seat, a stronghold of the JMM, by a margin of 25,740 votes in opposition to his closest competitor, Simon Malto of the BJP, in 2019.

In December 2019, Soren secured each Dumka and Barahit and selected to retain the latter.

Earlier on October 19 launched its first listing of 66 candidates for the upcoming meeting polls. The celebration is contesting 68 of the 81 meeting seats within the state, leaving the remaining for its allies.

In line with ECI, the Election is scheduled in two phases on November 13 and  November 20 and the consequence for all will likely be introduced on November 23.
