J&Ok Grenade Blast: Cops Arrest Terrorists, Aides Behind Srinagar Market Assault

Jammu and Kashmir Police have arrested terrorists and their associates in reference to the grenade assault in Srinagar’s weekly market on November 3.

Police officers stated the phobia assault was carried out by the terrorists and their associaties on directions of their handlers in Pakistan and two civilians together with a lady have been significantly injured.

On November Three Srinagar grenade assault, Kashmir IGP VK Birdi says, “…12 civilians received injured on this assault. We’ve got arrested the terrorists and their associates who carried out this shameful incident.

Three individuals have been detained on this case – Osama Yasin Sheikh, Umar Fayaz Sheikh and Afnan Mansoor Sheikh,” Kashmir Inspector-Normal of Police VK Birdi stated at a press convention right here on Friday.

“They threw the grenade with the intention of disrupting peace and regular actions right here. They did this on the directions of their handlers sitting in Pakistan,” he added.

The police official stated that the girl significantly injured within the incident had very younger kids.

Twelve individuals, together with a lady, have been injured within the grenade assault on the Vacationer Reception Centre (TRC) and weekly market within the Jammu and Kashmir’s capital on Sunday.

The terrorists and their associates have been booked beneath Illegal Actions (Prevention) Act (UAPA).

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah had condemned the assault, saying there might be “no justification for concentrating on harmless civilians.”

“The previous few days have been dominated by headlines of assaults & encounters in elements of the valley. At this time’s information of a grenade assault on harmless consumers on the ‘Sunday market’ in Srinagar is deeply disturbing. There might be no justification for concentrating on harmless civilians,” the Chief Minister had stated in a publish on X on November 4.
