Union House Ministry has approved the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to prosecute former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal below the Prevention of Cash Laundering Act (PMLA) for his alleged involvement in cash laundering associated to the liquor rip-off case.
