Trinamool Congress (TMC) MP Jawhar Sircar, who introduced his resignation from the Rajya Sabha following the rape and homicide of a physician in Kolkata, has been requested by West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to rethink his choice, in keeping with studies.
