New Delhi: The Congress on Saturday launched the fourth listing of candidates for the 2024 Lok Sabha Elections and finalised the names of 46 extra candidates together with eight for Uttar Pradesh Lok Sabha seats.
In its fourth listing, the Congress has fielded Uttar Pradesh Congress President Ajay Rai to contest towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi from the Varanasi parliamentary constituency. The Congress’s listing named candidates for seven out of 9 seats in Tamil Nadu together with former Union Finance Minister P Chidambaram’s son Karti P Chidambaram and S Jothimani, from Sivaganga and Karur, respectively.
