New Delhi: In a tragic incident, two folks died after a luxurious automobile hit their motorbike on Sunday close to Kalyani Nagar in Pune. The police knowledgeable that the duo died on the spot.
Pune DCP Vijay Kumar Magar knowledgeable that the FIR is registered and the accused has been arrested.
“A motorbike rider and pillion had been killed when a rushing Porsche automobile hit them from behind within the Kalyani Nagar space of Pune Metropolis final evening. The accused has been arrested. FIR has been registered,” DCP Magar mentioned.
“Additional investigation is underway, and police are additionally verifying the certificates to determine the age of the accused, as he claimed to be a minor,” DCP Magar added, ANI Reported.
The incident came about round 3.15 am on Sunday and the deceased have been recognized as Anis Awadhiya and Ashwini Costa.
The police have filed a cost towards a minor for rash and negligent driving and inflicting hurt by endangering the life or private security of others. The FIR was registered at Yerwaad Police Station of Pune underneath IPC sections 304A, 279, 337, 337, 338, 427, and related sections of the Maharashtra Motor Car Act.
The FIR acknowledged that the group of associates had been returning dwelling on their bikes from a celebration when an expensive automobile hit them.
“After they arrived on the Kalyani Nagar junction, a rushing, luxurious automobile hit the bike on which the deceased duo had been travelling. The 2 fell from the bike and died on the spot. After knocking on the duo, the automobile crashed into the roadside pavement railings,” the FIR acknowledged.
