The ambulance then started the journey along with his “physique” from the hospital to his dwelling, the place neighbours and kin had gathered upon listening to the information of his demise and had been getting ready for his final rites.
“After we had been bringing his ‘physique” dwelling from the hospital, the ambulance handed over a pace breaker, and we observed that there was a motion in his fingers,” his spouse mentioned, as quoted by information company PTI. Ulpe walked dwelling from the hospital on Monday, a fortnight after the ambulance handed over the pace breaker, taking him again to life as an alternative of the crematorium.
Narrating the sequence of the occasions of December 16, Ulpe, a warkari (devotee of Lord Vitthal), mentioned, “I had come dwelling from a stroll and was sitting after sipping tea. I felt dizzy and breathless. I went to the toilet and vomited. I don’t keep in mind what occurred afterwards, together with who took me to the hospital.”
There was no remark so removed from the hospital that had declared him lifeless. Ulpe, a resident of Kasaba-Bawada in western Maharashtra’s Kolhapur district, suffered a coronary heart assault and was rushed to a non-public hospital, the place medical doctors declared him lifeless.
