The Patna Excessive Courtroom abolished the 65% reservation for backward lessons, EBCs, SCs, and STs on Thursday. A division bench led by Chief Justice Okay Vinod Chandran issued an order on a number of writ petitions contesting the constitutional validity of the legal guidelines launched by the Nitish Kumar-led authorities in November 2023.
