The dad and mom of the physician who was raped and murdered at RG Kar Medical Faculty and Hospital expressed their disappointment on Friday after the Sealdah Courtroom granted bail to Dr. Sandip Ghosh, the previous principal of the school, and Abhijit Mondal, the previous officer-in-charge of Tala Police Station. They described it as a failure of the system as the 2 key accused have been granted bail after the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) didn’t file the chargesheet inside the legally required 90-day interval.
A court docket in Kolkata’s Sealdah of West Bengal granted bail on Friday to Dr Sandip Ghosh and Abhijit Mondal in reference to a rape and homicide case.
