Israel’s leaders responded to the Hezbollah assault on Mount Dov in Israel immediately.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated, “Hezbollah’s firing at Mount Dov constitutes a critical violation of the cease-fire, and Israel will reply strongly to this. We’re decided to proceed to implement the ceasefire, and to reply to any violation by Hezbollah – minor or critical.”
“We promised to behave in opposition to any violation of the ceasefire by Hezbollah – and that’s precisely what we are going to do,” stated Israel’s Minister of Protection Israel Katz. “Hezbollah’s firing on the IDF publish in Mount Dov will likely be met with a harsh response. What was won’t be.”
And the Pentagon spokesman launched a press release saying, “The cease-fire between Israel and Hezbollah is being held regardless of a number of incidents.”
