In a tragic incident, two individuals had been killed after a dumper truck overturned on their bike in Madhya Pradesh’s Singrauli district, police stated on Saturday.
Following the accident, outrage erupted as locals staged a highway blockade and set fireplace to a number of buses and vehicles within the space, police added.
The incident occurred close to Amilia Ghati on Friday night.
Superintendent of Police Manish Khatri advised reporters {that a} dumper linked to the Adani Group’s mines overturned onto a bike, ensuing within the deaths of two riders.
He said that, angered by the accident, villagers set fireplace to 5 buses and three dumpers and tried to enter the manufacturing facility space, however police intervened.
The deceased have been recognized as Ramlallu Yadav and Ram Sagar Prajapati.
Khatri assured that the state of affairs is underneath management and authorized motion will comply with.
