Shawn ‘Jay-Z’ Carter is going through large authorized woes and public scrutiny as he battles allegations of sexual assault from a girl recognized as Jane Doe. Lawsuit claims Combs and Carter assaulted girl at after-party
Per the lawsuit filed in October, Jane Doe alleges that she was invited to an after-party by a person claiming to be Combs’ limo driver whereas making an attempt to attend the awards present at Radio Metropolis Music Corridor. As soon as there, she was reportedly coerced into signing a nondisclosure settlement, served a drug-laced drink, after which assaulted by Carter and Combs whereas a “feminine celeb” watching it.
Following the allegations, Carter has accused the plaintiff and her lawyer, Tony Buzbee, of fabricating the claims as a part of an extortion scheme.
Buzbee, a high-profile Texas lawyer recognized for securing billions in settlements, has filed a collection of lawsuits in opposition to Combs on behalf of over 150 people alleging abuse.
