New Delhi: As Ayodhya prepares for the grand consecration ceremony of Ram Lalla on the Ram Mandir, vital contributions have come from the erstwhile royal household of Bihar’s Darbhanga. Family members have introduced valuable artifacts, together with a golden ‘mukut’ (crown), bow, and ‘charan paduka,’ to be introduced on the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
Chatting with ANI Kapileshwar Singh, a consultant of the royal household, emphasised the cultural connection between Ayodhya and Mithila, stating, “Lord Ram’s in-law’s home is Mithila. We have introduced the golden ‘mukut,’ bow, and ‘charan paduka’ from Mithila as an emblem of our devotion for the upcoming consecration ceremony.”
The artifacts, laden with historic and cultural significance, add a contact of regality to the preparations for the momentous event. The contribution from the Darbhanga royal household displays their deep reverence for Lord Ram and the cultural heritage related to the area.

Earlier at present, India’s largest LED floating display was put in at Saryu Ghat within the temple city to telecast the ‘Pran Pratistha’ programme dwell to the devotees.
The consecration ceremony, set to happen at Ayodhya’s Ram Mandir on January 22, is eagerly anticipated, with such gestures enriching the importance of this historic occasion. The historic occasion will unfold in the course of the auspicious Abhijeet Muhurat, a rigorously chosen propitious time.
