Former Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray’s convoy was focused by Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) employees who threw coconuts and cow dung on the automobiles, reported ANI. This assault is reported to be a retaliatory measure following an incident yesterday, throughout which Raj Thackeray’s automobile was pelted with betel nut.
The Thane police have confirmed the incident and detained over 20 people in reference to the assault. A proper case is at the moment being processed as investigations proceed.
